Depending on the size of your organization, you will have to report annually or triannually on the pay gap starting in 2027. That means you already want to know where you stand. Because then you still have time to adapt. Your Works Council and your employees are going to ask for this.

Better to go well fogged up and make sure you comply with the legislation. If you also participate in the CSRD if you have to comply with the ESG, you may already have to report on the wage gap from 2025. So when should you start? Actually already today!
