Subscriptions and certification

The Directive 2023/970 requires companies to report annually or triannually on their Paygap. The works council will also be allowed to ask about this. By measuring annually, you as an organization monitor the development of the Pay Gap. With that, you can see the result of your efforts to get or stay below 5%. By subscribing to our services you meet the legal requirements.
Works councils are given the opportunity to view the Annual Pay Gap Analysis and discuss it with the director. By starting to analyze now, it is clear what the organization has done to improve the pay gap.

With a subscription you also get a Pay Gap certification that will also be required by law.

Certification

The certification leads to one of the following certificates:

Gold

The organization has a Pay gap less than 5% and therefore meets the requirements. Get your gold certificate!

Silver

The organization has a pay gap between 5-7% and a plan to reduce the pay gap.

Brass

The organization has a pay gap greater than 7% and has a plan to reduce the pay gap.
